Buying or selling a home is a big moment, and Cordy Beesting knows how important it is to have someone you trust helping guide you through the closing process. She brings a warm, personal approach to her work, making sure clients, agents, and lenders feel informed, comfortable, and supported every step of the way.
With a background in both banking and title services, she brings a well-rounded understanding of what goes into a successful transaction. She has a natural ability to keep things organized, answer questions clearly, and help make what can sometimes feel like a complicated process much easier to navigate.
Before joining Four Bridges Title, Cordy gained valuable experience with Regions Bank and in the escrow industry. Those roles gave her a strong foundation in the financial side of real estate while also reinforcing something that remains at the heart of her work today: taking care of people.
Cordy is known for being approachable, dependable, and easy to work with. Whether she is coordinating with a buyer, seller, agent, or lender, she takes the time to keep everyone connected and make sure the details are handled with care.
For Cordy, a successful closing is about more than paperwork. It is about helping people reach an exciting milestone and making sure they feel taken care of along the way. Her friendly personality, experience, and genuine commitment to helping others make her a valued part of the Four Bridges Title team and the Chattanooga real estate community.
